In this episode Greg talks about the move northwards by Wellingtonians who have been priced out of the property market and the affect of this on prices as far north as Levin and Foxton. After listening to Imagine Dragons 'Top of the World' he has his popular section on 'Bad Tenants, Bad Landlords' and looks at one case where the landlord had to pay the tenants over $5,500 in compensation and exemplary damages for things that seem largely out of his control.
